Section 4: Guidance for Coaches
Sportscotland published a Phase 3 guide for coaches on 9th July. This is a general guide for all sports and can be found below.

Cricket Specific Coaching
Adults
Due to current social distancing guidance, coaches should not deliver training to more than 4 households (or extended households) at any one time.
​
Children and Young People
Coaches may teach a group up to ten U12’s from different households for a period of up to 3 hours in any one session. There is no requirement for them to socially distance.
The same applies for 12 to 17-year-olds however they must comply with the general social distancing guidelines before and after activity.

Summer camps are permissible however please note:

Groups of up to 10 must form a bubble and not come into contact with other groups

If there is more than one group at the camp, ensure that lunch or breaks are held at staggered times

There should be no sharing of equipment

Parents or guardians should not stay unless essential. They are required to socially distance at all times
